Founder & Managing Partner
Neil leads acquisitions, home pricing, project structure, and company direction. His background is in real estate investing, development, and turning scattered opportunities into repeatable projects.
Ben Johnson
Operating Partner & Local Project Director
Ben leads the work on the ground from Greeneville. He runs the contractors and field work, keeps the builds on schedule, and makes sure the finished home is done right.
Kelly Johnson
Licensed Market Advisor & Resale Strategist
Kelly is a licensed Tennessee agent who handles market strategy and resale. She prices the finished projects, watches the local market, and positions every home to sell.

Built in Tennessee.
The homes are built in Lafayette, Knoxville, and Rutledge. Ben and Kelly run operations from Greeneville. The installers come from Kingsport and New Tazewell, the deck builders and landscapers from Morristown, and closings happen at local firms in Greeneville and Johnson City.
